The Prank #FridayFictioneers

Suzy woke up with a start. She looked at the dilapidated building and her tattered dress.

What the hell had happened? All she could recall was the party last night where she had an extra shot of tequila. But what had happened after that? Had she passed out? How had she ended up here? Had she been raped?

She could feel some pain in her lower abdomen.

The thought made her feel wretched. How could someone do that to her? Tears trickled down her eyes as she walked directionless.

2 things happened at that instant- 3 of her friends jumped from behind a bush shouting “April fool” as Suzy lost in her thoughts did not see a sharp boulder, she fell head on and blood spattered all around.

  4. Oh my God! Those friends go all out with their pranks! I’m not surprised it ended the way it did! When I used to have prank wars with my roommates we only did innocent things like rubbing each other’s toothbrushes on our balls. Looking back though, I did get sick a lot that year.

    Moral is- pranks never end well. At best you damage a friendship, at worst you die from a blow to the head.

  12. Oh no! How creepy. So what happened at the party? And what happened at the end? Did she die? I know stories are meant to be open ended so that the reader can come to his own conclusion. This was mine – she passed out drunk, got up feeling disoriented and when her friends shouted out to her, she hurt her head and died. Was this the end you envisaged?

    1. They were playing a prank on her. She thought she was raped at the party cos she was too drunk but the truth was they created a rape scene just for fun. At the end though it turned tragic as she died cos she was still under the illusion that she was date raped and with that thing in her mind had a bad fall which proved fatal.
