A Bloody night #FridayFictioneers

Sammy always got that sinking feeling in the pit of her stomach whenever she passed St Mary’s Street. It was one of the most beautiful places with a pristine lake nearby but her body went cold every time.

She felt like something very bad had transpired here someday though she couldn’t recall any such experience.

20 years ago  a young girl was brutally raped by 4 men and left to die on this very street. One among the drunk men was her father and she was in same car where this ghastly crime took place- an infant whom everyone thought was asleep.

  1. Damn, you took that to a dark place, well done. The thing that is so good about your story is the inner memory trying to surface. This could be the start of a crime story, so many ways to go with it.
