Déjà vu #FridayFotoFiction #FlashFiction

Beads of sweat trickled down his forehead. He cowered in fear, his eyes depicted looming despair. He knew what would befall him. But when it came, it shook his core. The first blow hit him hard in the face, his lips started to bleed.

A few blows were then reigned at him in the stomach, he was punched, slapped, pushed. When he felt, he could take no more, she whispered “Unbuckle your belt and lay down, I am turned on, lets do it”. He begged for mercy, isn’t this rape? How can a wife rape her lawfully wedded husband- she laughed. The bruised and battered body hurt, and his heart bled.

She woke up with a start and saw him lying down beside her- in a drunk stupor. For a moment it had felt so real- she enjoyed hitting him and pounding him later. Though it turned out to be a dream, somewhere she felt a sense of déjà vu- the thin line between reality and dreams was slowly diminishing.

  1. Wishful thinking perhaps. I really find it disgusting that a drunk man can forcibly have sex with his wife and get away unpunished. It would be a good idea to turn the tables one day so that the devil will realise how awful it is. Better still would be to hit him on the head and leave him taking all his money
